I’m a freelance UI/UX Designer based in Los Angeles and Orange County. Getting the opportunity to create and design pages for users that emphasize the importance of simplicity, minimalism, and ease is something that I thrive for. I’m a fond believer that the simplest things are often the truest.

I have a background in theatre arts and filmmaking. As someone that has spent many years on stage, I equate the rehearsal process to the iteration process. Additionally, theatre has taught me the value of collaboration, patience, and creativity. As an actor, we are taught to empathize with the characters that we are playing, and this could easily translate to empathizing with the user to identify their needs and frustrations. Being a creative type, I seek the common thread between multiple forms of media and art.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing video games, watching basketball, collecting vinyl recordings, eating Vietnamese food, reading, and volunteering as a coach at the community rec center. I believe that as humans, we are never finished learning, therefore I am always on the lookout for opportunities to better myself.
